Is there really a free trial?
Yes — every paid plan starts with a 90-day free trial, and we don't ask for a card to begin. You only pay once you're ready to keep your site live past the trial.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. Safaris.rw is subscription-only — whatever your guests pay, you keep. We don't take a commission on any tour, room, or transport booking.
How do my customers actually pay me?
Through Mobile Money and card payments, collected on your behalf and paid out to you — or your own DPO account if you'd rather handle settlement yourself. Either way, it's built in from day one.
Can I use my own domain?
Growth includes 1 custom domain and Pro is unlimited. Starter sites get a free yourname.safaris.rw subdomain, and you can add a custom domain any time by upgrading.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, any time from your dashboard — no need to contact us unless you're moving to Enterprise.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you haven't upgraded yet, your site pauses (visitors see a temporarily-unavailable notice, not a 404) until you activate a paid plan. Nothing is deleted — your content, bookings, and settings are all still there when you come back.
