Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Safaris.rw, a product of Scriptylabs ("Scriptylabs", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. If you're accepting on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to do so.

The service

Safaris.rw lets tourism and hospitality businesses in Rwanda — tour operators, hotels and lodges, transport companies, and travel agencies — self-serve a website, take bookings, and accept payments, without needing a developer. We host the site, run the underlying infrastructure, and provide the tools; you run your business.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscriptions, trials and billing

• Paid plans start with a free trial (90 days on current plans) — no card is required to begin.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly, in Rwandan Francs (with a USD estimate shown for reference). Longer prepaid cycles may offer a discount where available.
• You can switch plans at any time from your dashboard.
• If your trial ends or a payment is missed, your site is suspended (visitors see a temporarily-unavailable notice) rather than deleted. Reactivating by paying restores it as-is — nothing is lost.
• Payments you collect from your own customers (via Mobile Money or card) are processed on your behalf and paid out to you. We don't take a commission on your bookings — our revenue is the subscription fee, full stop.

Your content and listings

You own the content you put on your site — descriptions, photos, prices, and everything else about your business. You're responsible for making sure it's accurate, that you have the rights to use it, and that your offerings comply with applicable Rwandan law (licensing, tourism regulations, consumer protection, and so on). We don't vet listings before they go live.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Safaris.rw to:

• Publish content that's illegal, fraudulent, or misrepresents your business or its offerings.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or another tenant's data.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages through the email, SMS, or WhatsApp channels the platform provides.
• Resell or white-label the platform itself without our written agreement.

Support access to your account

Our support team can, when needed to diagnose an issue you've raised or investigate suspected abuse, view your dashboard through an impersonation session. Every one of these sessions is logged. We don't use this access to change your content or settings without your knowledge.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently, or goes unpaid past a reasonable grace period. You can cancel and stop using the platform at any time; you remain responsible for any charges already incurred.

Service availability

We work to keep Safaris.rw reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (payment gateways, SMS/WhatsApp providers, upstream hosting), or events outside our control can affect uptime.

Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Scriptylabs isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost bookings or revenue. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Disputes will be handled through the courts of Rwanda, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes, we'll let account owners know by email.
